- Your Case ID and PIN are supplied on the card provided with your test.
- The report download may take several minutes, depending on your internet connection.
- For the best experience, access your report from a desktop or laptop computer.
- Please note that result turnaround times are average estimates. Each test is unique and processing time is based on when samples arrive at the laboratory.
